We are grateful to all of the parents, friends, and family who volunteer with our bands throughout the year. Whether you're serving dinner, chaperoning a trip, coordinating a fundraiser, helping musicians into or out of their uniforms, or pitching in behind the scenes — we couldn't do any of this without your ongoing support.

Band Camp Staff Lunches
Dates/Times: Mon, Aug 10; Tue, Aug 11; Wed, Aug 12; Thu, Aug 13. Lunch runs from noon to 1 pm every day, so food has to be delivered and ready by noon.
Need: Provide meals for the Marching Band camp staff (approximately 13 to 15 people). The band program will cover the cost. We just need parents willing to coordinate, order, and deliver food to the school. Please save your receipt for reimbursements.

Uniforms
Dates/Times: During Band Camp week (Aug 10-14); ongoing into early fall.
Need: We are in desperate need for a couple of new people to head up our uniform committee. Jill graciously stayed on this year, but she is looking to pass that role onto someone else as her band student has already graduated. We need to get students fitted for their marching band uniforms during band camp, so any and all help is appreciated!

Car Wash Coordinators
Dates/Times: Sat, Aug 15 from 9 am to 3 pm
Need: 2 to 4 volunteers to lead the annual Car Wash fundraiser. Volunteers will organize logistics like collecting money, signing up volunteers, motivating kids to wash cars, and helping with general traffic flow. You will not have to MOVE anything. All of the items needed for the car wash will be delivered to the North Building and set up.

Band Parents Association Board
Dates/Times: Ongoing
