We need a number of volunteers for every home football game. Whether you're serving dinner, keeping our musicians hydrated, loading equipment, helping students into or out of their uniforms, or pitching in behind the scenes, we mean it literally when we say we couldn't do any of this without you!
Please take a look at the available slots for all upcoming games and grab a shift or two. Experienced volunteers will be on hand to help you get started. We welcome parents, friends, and family to join us. The more, the merrier!

CAR WASH FUNDRAISER (Sat, August 2)
Our annual band car wash will be Saturday, August 2 from 8 am to 3 pm at HF’s North Building. The car wash is a fun event and we need all students and families to pitch in and help make it a success.

UNIFORM FITTINGS (July 28-31)
We need help with marching band uniform fittings! We are looking for volunteers who can join us between 1 and 5 pm during band camp week to help students try on uniform. We want to make sure everyone looks their sharpest in time for our first football game performance. We need volunteers Monday through Thursday (July 28 - July 31).

STAFF LUNCH VOLUNTEERS (July 28-31)
We are looking for volunteers to make or purchase lunch for staff during Band Camp week (July 28 – July 31). The HF Band Parents Association will reimburse your grocery or restaurant expenses. Band staff uses the student lunch break as meeting time to recap the morning and adjust plans for the afternoon. We aren’t picky folks and lunch can be as easy as a sandwich bar or pizza. We need food for 15 people each full day of camp and ask volunteers to keep your receipts so you can be reimbursed.
